Disclaimers & Transparency about what's included:
(1) Loyalty dollars cannot be combined with member discounts or any other special, offer or discount. Loyalty Dollars cannot be used on first service.
(2) For HVAC maintenance visits, members receive up to two system inspections per visit. Each additional system/unit may be added for 50% of the current standard book price. No discounts or reimbursements for one system homes.
(3) For plumbing maintenance visits, members receive up to two standard gas or electric tank water heater inspections with flushes (if safe) or one tankless unit inspection with descale service. Each additional tank or tankless water heater may be added for 50% of the current standard book price. No discounts or reimbursements for homes with only one standard gas or electric tank water heater.
(4) Total of First Year Benefit Values are based on the total of First Year Loyalty Dollars, AC Filter Replacement Credits and use of all allowable maintenance visits / inspections assuming max HVAC systems allowed, and Pro Connect Hub(s) and A/C Filter Credit. The values do not factor in any additional savings on repairs, discounted after hour or diagnostic fees or other member benefits during 12-month term.
Additional Wi-Fi Hubs for VIP Pro Connect Members:
Additional Wi-Fi Hubs may be purchased at any time for set price and installation may be completed at next maintenance visit, or a service fee may apply. One HUB is included with the VIP Pro Connect Plan. Customer may opt-out of installing or using the HUB but no discount or refund will be provided and benefits associated with the app and the hub will not be available, and no discount or credit for non-usage will be considered.
Term & Termination:
All plans are monthly recurring subscriptions billed to a credit card on file with 12-month term. Customers who cancel prior to full 12-month term will be charged for remaining months due or be invoiced for discounts received during membership period. Customer is responsible to maintain active credit card on file. After 12 months, the subscription automatically renews as a month-to-month plan until the member cancels.
Active Card on File: For credit cards on file that decline causing payment to be disrupted, membership status will be paused or inactive until resolved. If billing issues are not resolved within 30 days of notice, membership is considered canceled and remaining balance due will be charged or invoiced.
